Purchased my first Rolex from Bob’s a month ago, perfect next day ship and I absolutely love it. I had a problem opening the clasp today so I called and spoke to Larry in the warranty department, he patiently tried walking me through a troubleshoot and when I wasn’t getting it, he asked for photos and emails me back with the fix, all done and happy once again. Had I brought it to another dealer, I was getting charged. Thanks Larry and I will be purchasing again with confidence from Bob’s! See you all soon!

I received my first Rolex this Xmas from my lovely wife and she and my son had been looking and Bob’s is where he got his Rolex from and now I can see why, my oyster perpetual date just II was sold as never worn and as soon as I opened the box and saw the hanging tags and all the original paper work and box with the watch still wrapped in that plastic sticky that covers all the polished stainless was all intact and this watch did not have a single scratch or scuff I knew it had never been worn, I am hoping to get another Rolex or maybe a Tudor watch and when I do the first place I will be looking is Bob’s Watches

I was very skeptical about selling my Rolex across the country. I read many reviews about Bob's Watches and also spoke with the staff on the phone before taking the plunge. They supplied the shipping label, for overnight shipping, as well as insurance on the shipment. When they received my watches we went over each one and came up with the final price. The price sent to you as an offer is a 'max' price not the offer. They had valid items that needed to be done which affected the final price but were very fair in the assessment as well as the final offer price. Money was wired the next business day and funds were exactly what we agreed upon. I was very happy with the overall ease and transparency of this sale.

Received my Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39mm via FedEx overnight service this morning. Watch is everything I had hoped for and was exactly as represented on Bob’s Watches website. Very satisfied however I had paid $50 extra to have a certificate of authenticity done and this was not included though I was charged for it. I sent an email right away and am confident they will resolve it.
I would rate this buying experience 4 stars out of 5 due to the certificate issue. I’d like to praise Bob’s Watches on the way they treat you when you are selling them a watch. I have sold 3 Rolex’s and 1 Omega to them in the past 2 years. The transactions went smoothly, the price was fair, and payment was prompt.

As a small scale Rolex collector, must say I was a bit hesitant to wire this type of money to a company across the United States for a product sight unseen. Marcy and Bobs staff completely put those concerns to rest, my CFO wired payment at noon and the watch was on my hand by 1030am the following morning. Love the new Rolex, exactly as described. If your shopping for a new piece, HIGHLY recommend Bobs. Customer for life
