The Rolex 214270 Explorer was produced with two dial variations, the Mark I and Mark II, or MK I and MK II. The pre-owned Rolex for sale here displays the time on the Mark I dial, featuring slightly shorter hands and silver 3/6/9 Arabic numerals. A few years after the Mark I dial came to market, Rolex released the Mark II with longer hands and fully-lumed Arabic hour markers. This watch has all the makings of a potentially very valuable collector's item since it was only in production for a short time before the Mark II dial hit the market. Features include Oystersteel, Chromalight lume, self-winding technology, and a versatile 39mm case. Buy it today in excellent secondhand condition.
